A total of 40 people, workers and workers of Aquona, have participated as volunteers in "The Great Collection", organized by the Food Bank, making available to the entity in several supermarkets to collect food, or as support with the transfer of vehicles to transport the material collected during the campaign.

The most supportive weekend of the year has counted, again, with the collaboration of the workers of Aquona who have not hesitated to lend their time to collaborate in the Great Collection organized by the Food Bank.

In total there were 40 volunteers who collaborated collecting food in several supermarkets in Ciudad Real, Palazuelos del Eresma, Palencia, Ponferrada, Segovia, Valladolid and Zamora.

In addition to the collection of food by volunteers, Aquona also participated in the transfer of vehicles to transport the material collected in the solidarity campaign from supermarkets to the different headquarters of the Food Bank.

This activity, together with others carried out by the Aquona volunteer staff, is part of the “Hands On” corporate volunteer program, an initiative in which the staff dedicates their time, talent and skills to social and / or environmental causes and projects
