Aquona Castile and León is working with the UNICEF Castile and León Committee through the touring photography exhibition El Agua es Vida, scheduled to visit the towns of Zamora, Palencia and León. The exhibition started in Zamora, then moves on to Palencia on 9 April, where it will remain until 17 April. After this it will be moving to León, ending in the week of 26 April.

El Agua es Vida is an exhibition of 15 photos on the right to water, representing life histories of different people in different countries around the world and explaining the importance of water, sanitation and hygiene, and various water-related projects.

The exhibition opened in Zamora, where it remained until 5 April, coinciding with the World Water Day celebrations. On 9 April it moves on to Palencia, staying there until 17 April. Its last stop is in León, where it will be on open to the public from 19 to 26 April.

With this exhibition, Aquona and UNICEF demonstrate once again their commitment to the most vulnerable people in society, with water as a human right and a scarce and necessary resource for life, especially in certain parts of the world.
