Given the information received by several users, AQUONA, a concessionaire of the Municipal Water Service in Zamora, warns that there are cases of scam by people outside the company who are posing as employees of the same.

According to the information collected, these individuals call to request an appointment to visit the house, or present themselves in them, claiming to be employees of the concession company of the Municipal Water Service of Zamora, AQUONA, offering water savers, various actions related to water meters or other type of procedure to be carried out with the municipal Water Service management company.

From AQUONA all customers are reminded that:

• On the part of the company, no such procedures are carried out in homes.
• AQUONA employees are always uniformed and identified.
